These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.radrestore.co.uk, including radiator products, accessories, and restoration services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Services

We offer two core services:

  • New radiator and accessory sales via our online store
  • Bespoke radiator restoration via a quote-based service

While we take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, small variations in colour, finish, and dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

Ordering & Payment

3.1 New Products

Orders must be paid in full at checkout. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification.

3.2 Restoration Services

Restoration is provided on a quotation basis. Work begins once your quote is accepted and any required deposit is paid. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing & VAT

All prices shown include VAT (20%) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on item size, finish, and destination. Full details are available on our Delivery Information page.

Cast iron radiators are heavy. Please ensure sufficient manpower or lifting equipment is available at the delivery address. Missed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees.

Returns & Refunds

6.1 New Products

Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Bespoke or painted items are non-returnable unless proven faulty.

6.2 Restoration Work

Restoration work is non-refundable once started, due to its bespoke nature. We aim to resolve any concerns fairly.

6.3 Damaged Goods

All deliveries must be checked upon arrival. Damage must be reported within 3 days for resolution. We are not liable for damage reported outside this window.

Warranty

7.1 New Radiators

New cast iron radiators come with a 25-year structural guarantee, covering manufacturing defects and internal integrity under normal use.

7.2 Restoration Guarantee

We offer two levels of restoration cover:

  • Bespoke Restorations (full rebuild, re-sealing, pressure testing): 25-year guarantee on internal integrity and workmanship.
  • Signature Restorations (external finish only, no internal reseal): 5-year guarantee covering external work.

We offer a shorter guarantee on Signature restorations because these do not involve internal resealing. While all units are pressure-tested, internal components such as gaskets are not replaced. As such, we cannot provide the same long-term structural assurance as with Bespoke restorations. Full details are available on our Warranty Information page.

Exclusions:

  • Installation errors
  • External corrosion or powder coating by others
  • Improper use or third-party modifications
  • Consequential or indirect loss

Radrestore may repair, replace, or refund items at our discretion.

Ownership of Goods

Goods remain the property of Radrestore until paid for in full. No financial offsets or deductions are permitted without written approval.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including courier disruption, supplier issues, or natural disasters.

Liability

Radrestore is not liable for:

  • Sizing or installation errors
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or misuse

Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, and descriptions on our website are the property of Radrestore Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Use of Online Tools (Radvisor)

Radvisor is our automated support assistant, designed to guide you through radiator selection, restoration advice, and service queries.

Radvisor provides general guidance based on our product data and service logic. It does not replace expert advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. Radrestore accepts no liability for outcomes based on Radvisor recommendations.

We do not store payment card information. Payments are processed via secure encrypted platforms.

Complaints

We want every customer to be happy with their experience. If something’s not right, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll do everything we can to put it right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the English courts.
