We take pride in everything we restore and sell. This page outlines the warranties we offer on our products and services, and what’s covered in each case.

New Radiators

All new radiators purchased through Radrestore come with a 25-year structural warranty. This covers the internal integrity of the radiator under normal use.

• Covers casting and manufacturing faults
• Applies to all ranges and finishes
• Valid from the date of delivery
• Excludes damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or external corrosion

Restoration Work

We offer two levels of warranty depending on the type of restoration.

• Bespoke Restoration — 25-year warranty
  Covers full rebuilds, re-sealing, and pressure testing of internal structure.
• Signature Restoration — 5-year warranty
  Covers external refinishing and testing only (no internal reseal).

Signature restorations do not include full disassembly or gasket replacement. While pressure-tested, these radiators may not have the same long-term sealing integrity as fully rebuilt units.

What’s Not Covered

• Incorrect or unqualified installation
• External corrosion or powder coating by others
• General wear and tear
• Any third-party modification after delivery
• Consequential or indirect loss

What Happens if Something Goes Wrong?

If a fault covered by warranty arises, we’ll assess the issue and either repair, replace, or refund the item — at our discretion. We’ll always aim to resolve things fairly and quickly.
