We understand that sometimes things change — and we aim to make returns fair and straightforward.

Returns for New Products

If you’ve purchased a standard product and it’s not quite right, you have 14 days to return it for a refund — provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

Please note: custom-painted or bespoke items are non-refundable unless confirmed faulty. We make and finish these to order.

Restoration Work

Because restoration is a bespoke service, it is non-refundable once work has begun.

That said, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to make things right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll confirm your eligibility and guide you through next steps.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked courier for large or valuable items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund via the original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 working days.

Refunds do not include delivery charges unless the return is due to a fault or our error.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days. We’ll arrange a resolution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
