We take pride in everything we restore and sell. This page sets out the warranties on our products and services — what’s covered, for how long, and what to do if something goes wrong.
New radiators — 25 years
Every new radiator purchased through Radrestore comes with a 25-year structural warranty, covering the internal integrity of the radiator under normal use.
- Covers casting and manufacturing faults
- Applies to all ranges and finishes
- Valid from the date of delivery
Restoration work — 25 years
Every restoration is backed by our 25-year guarantee. We only do the work your radiator actually needs — and everything we do is covered, right down to the finish.
- Covers all our restoration work — seals, section repairs, gasket replacements and the finish we apply
- Every radiator pressure-tested to 4 bar before it leaves us
- Valid from the date of delivery
Accessories — 5 years
All accessories — valves, wall stays, pipe kits and fittings — are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery to be free from manufacturing defects.
What’s not covered
- Incorrect or unqualified installation
- External corrosion, or powder coating by others
- General wear and tear
- Any third-party modification after delivery
- Consequential or indirect loss
What happens if something goes wrong?
If a fault covered by warranty arises, get in touch with your proof of purchase and a few photos of the issue. We’ll assess it and either repair, replace or refund the item — at our discretion — and we’ll always aim to resolve things fairly and quickly.
