We offer fast, flexible delivery across mainland UK — whether you’re ordering a new radiator or sending one in for restoration. Cast iron is heavy, so we’ve built a delivery system that’s secure, predictable, and transparent.

All radiators ship on pallets via tail-lift kerbside service
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes
Tracking is provided once dispatched
Most radiator orders ship within 4 weeks
Accessory only orders ship within 1-3 working days

Free Delivery on Orders Over £1,500

Orders over £1,500 (including VAT) qualify for free UK mainland delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout — no code required.

Delivery Pricing for Orders Under £1,500

If your order is under £1,500, delivery is calculated based on the longest radiator in your basket and the total weight. The correct rate is shown automatically at checkout.

Standard – £74.99 → Up to 1200mm, max 1000kg
Oversize Tier 1 – £99.99 → 1201–1500mm, max 1200kg
Oversize Tier 2 – £124.99 → 1501–2400mm, max 1200kg
Oversize Tier 3 – £149.99 → 2401–3000mm, max 1200kg

Multi-Pallet or Heavy Orders

Each pallet holds up to a maximum 5 radiators or 1000/1200kg. If your order exceeds this, we’ll prompt you for a quick manual quote. We’ll confirm everything with you before dispatch.

Non-Mainland UK

We deliver across mainland UK. However, automatic delivery is not available at checkout for postcodes starting: KW, ZE, HS, IM, JE, GY, BT. If you’re in one of these locations, please contact us for a manual quote.

Restoration Collection & Return

We can collect your old radiator for restoration using secure pallet transport. Collection pricing depends on the size and weight of the unit. Return delivery after restoration is included in your quote. If you prefer to drop it off in person for free, just Contact us to arrange a time at our Stockport workshop.

Premium Installation Service

Need help getting your radiators into place? We offer a bespoke installation service where our Radrestore team will deliver, carry, and place the radiators in the correct rooms — ready for plumbing in. Perfect for high-end interiors, listed buildings, or difficult access.

Installation quotes are available as manual quotes only. Contact us to discuss the details.

Delivery Requirements

Kerbside delivery only
Access must be hard-standing (no gravel or grass)
Someone must be present to assist
Drivers cannot carry inside or upstairs

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery fails, the courier will notify you. Redelivery may be attempted the next working day. If your items are returned to us, a re-delivery charge will apply.
